Returns Policy
Hey Hello Cyril Shoppers!
Thank you for shopping with us lovely. If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase, we will happily issue you a store credit or full refund (less original shipping costs if any).
Following conditions apply:
Returns timeframe: 14 days from purchase date.
Original condition with tags attached (not worn, washed or damaged)
Return form included
Please note Hello Cyril Boutique does not cover postage for returns. But you are more than welcome to drop it back off instore.
Online returns will receive a store credit or refund notification via email. Please check your junk / spam.
We aim to process these within 2 days. Please note if your order was paid via Afterpay your installment payments will remain being paid until the original item has been paid in full.
NZ Shoppers - Want to send it back on our postage system for $7?
No worries follow the prompts from your shipping email.
Print it out, attach to your return parcel.

Please note: No returns available on sunglasses, jewellery and specific items noted on the individual item.
If your return does not meet the above conditions we will not accept it and it will be posted back to you.
Preorder timeframe: Your 14 day return period starts from dispatch
Holds on delivery if you away? Sorry we can not extend the timeframe in this situation.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange for a different size in a full price or sale garment. If you are using our $7 return postage system you will need to pay this separately. Please include this cost in your return or we can contact you for payment once received back. Hello Cyril will cover the postage back to you in NZ. If in Australia if the item is over $300 it is sent free back to you, under $300 a further charge of $20 will apply.
sALE returns
How great is Hello Cyril? You can still get a store credit if you buy sale online as we know sometimes it can be tricky buying online. But if shopped in store & changed your mind, you can not return the item(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order, but please do this quickly so we catch it in time. We will do our best to stop it from being sent but this depends on the stage of the order. If it has already gone to shipping - it's too late.
Delayed delivery - If for any reason the garment can not been sent to you in a timely matter (due to a fault or something out of our control) we will contact you to give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or if you prefer to wait.
FAULTS POLICY
Have you received a faulty garment?
We are so sorry that this slipped through our checks. Please contact us and we will do our best to either fix or replace the garment. If this is not possible we will issue a full refund or a store credit if you prefer. You will not pay shipping to send it back to us - we will send you prepaid NZ postage.
